Compliance Associate

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic individual who has a passion for compliance, auditing and organizing the details. The Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing SEVIS (database) administration, DS-2019 processing, proofreading and form shipping to partners for Visa programs.

Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and have working experience in compliance or auditing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use MS Suite, databases, as well as adapt to new computer programs. Excellent problem-solving skills, efficient and is extremely detailed orientated.

Support Services Associate
Primary Functions
Support Services Associate is a Wisconsin Dells based position, which acts as a liaison between international participants, and U.S. Host Companies participating in the J1 – Summer Work/Travel Program. The position serves as support for both parties in assisting with a variety of projects ranging from cultural exchange events, participant safety and wellbeing, job related issues and everything in between. The Support Services Associate is responsible for assisting with ongoing management of the department operations to ensure orientations, introductions, and trainings occur during provided timeframes.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Resources, Communications, Education or International Business.  Two to three years of experience in the customer service industry is prefer. Must have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills, patience, the ability to prioritize, and a calm and professional demeanor. International experience preferred. Bilingual ability is a plus.
